Your Privacy Choices
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: June 8, 2026
At Participants United, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to direct us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information.
What does “Sell” or “Share” mean in this context?
As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense for money. However, the CCPA has a broad definition that may include activities like sharing information with affiliate partners when you click a link or with a sponsor when you download a piece of their content. Opting out will stop us from sharing your information for these purposes.
How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights
You can submit an opt-out or deletion request below. You do not need to create an account to exercise your rights. We'll review and confirm your request and process it within 15 business days.
Optional Behavioural Analytics
We may use privacy-preserving behavioural analytics and low-rate masked session replay to understand where the study application flow is confusing or broken. We configure this analytics layer to avoid sending your name, email address, phone number, raw screening answers, IP address, or full lead record.
You can turn optional analytics off for this browser below. You can also use browser privacy settings, private browsing, tracker-blocking tools, or a request by email if you want us to honour a broader privacy choice connected to your contact record.
Email Request
If you prefer email, you can still contact support@participantsunited.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your request, we will process it as soon as feasibly possible, within a maximum of 15 business days. We will respect your decision for at least 12 months before we may ask you to opt back in.
Exercising your right to opt-out will not affect your ability to participate in research studies.
